To empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding through Lions Clubs.
From one life improved with a pair of recycled glasses to the millions who have received treatment for river blindness, everything we do as Lions counts. Numbers are an easy way to keep track of what we do, but it’s hard to measure the true impact of our work on people and communities – or the emotional reward Lions get from helping people in need.
We serve local communities … and protect the planet. From performing hands-on community work and service projects to providing emergency assistance, our community and environment programs improve our communities – and protect the environment.
We meet the 2nd Wednesday of the month for dinner at St. Hubert Restaurant at 6 pm. and the 4th Wednesday for the Board Meeting at the Comfort Inn (1625 Vincent Massey Dr.), at 7 pm.
